  • Campfire Guitar for Beginners

    Have you been wanting to learn how to play guitar, with visions of strumming songs around the campfire or on your porch? If that is the case, this beginner class is perfect for you. Instructor Ethan Emery, from Rob's Guitar School, a Berklee College of Music alum, has extensive teaching experience and patience and understanding with beginners, making him the perfect instructor for this class. Marvel as you find yourself playing songs within the first couple of classes! Students must have their own guitar and tuner. Links to affordable guitars and tuners on Amazon can be provided upon request (approx. $90). Teaching materials will be provided by Rob’s Guitar School during the course of the program and are covered by the course fee.
  • Needham Student Theater

    Needham Student Theatre (NST) is an organization run entirely by and for students that puts on an annual summer production for the public. This year, we’re excited to partner with NCE to put on "Heathers-Teen Edition.” Open to ages 13-20, NST aims to provide a safe and low-stress environment for students who want to have something fun to do during their summer evenings. No prior performing experience required. Participants will go through an audition process for the sake of role assignment, but everyone is guaranteed a spot in the cast. No preparation is required and the audition materials will be taught at the audition. Cast members may not be needed at every rehearsal.
