Through an educational and practical approach, the instructors from A1RE Design + Build present a unique decision-making framework that goes beyond simply comparing budgets. Instead of asking, “How much does it cost?”, you will learn to evaluate your situation through four fundamental pillars: Location, Property, Time, and Finances. Limited to 25.
Mónica Gonzalez is Chief Architectural Designer - Founder of A1RE Design + Build. Monica’s expertise lies in conceptualizing ideas and turning them into spaces. She is a professional designer with 20+ years of experience in architectural design, project management and design consulting, working in projects within the USA, Venezuela and Philippines. Monica is Professor of Foundational Design (Boston Architectural College), obtained her MSc in Constructions Economics & Management (London, UCL) Architect Cum Laude. She is also a licensed REALTOR® in Massachusetts.
Juan Wulff is CEO & Chief Builder - Founder of A1RE Design + Build. Juan is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Before leading A1RE, Juan spent over a decade driving innovation in the construction industry. He co-founded a pioneering company that imported advanced construction machinery from the USA, Germany, Italy, and other countries to Latin America. During his tenure, the company achieved consecutive years of historical sales, averaging over $10 million annually. Juan has an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License for MA, a Global Executive MBA (New York, NYU), and an MSc. Mechanical Engineering (London, Imperial College), where he graduated with an Honors Degree.
