Welcome to The Cooking Academy!  The ultimate culinary arts adventure for students!

In this week-long class, participants will start their mornings by mastering the art of crafting delicious meals, from savory chicken rolls to flavorful homemade pasta dishes. After fueling up, it's time to dive into the world of baking in the afternoon, where students will learn to whip up an array of sweet treats like homemade muffins, scones, monkey bread, and sticky cinnamon rolls.  Guided by an experienced chef, participants will not only learn essential cooking and baking techniques but also gain valuable skills in kitchen safety, organization, and teamwork. Each day will culminate in a tasting session, where teens can enjoy the fruits of their labor with their classmates, along with a recipe card to add to their cooking repertoire.
