STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, and math. This has become an increasing focus in school, allowing kids to explore these areas with curiosity. In this class, we will explore the STEM categories through a variety of exciting projects, experiments, activities and games. We will use an array of materials to build different types of catapults, structures, buildings, parachutes, marble runs and more. We will then test our completed projects and compare how the different materials and construction techniques impacted our final results. Join us for the week as we let our imaginations run wild around the STEM universe!
Allergy Alert: Children may be working with food (items could include popular allergens such as wheat, dairy, soy, sesame and eggs). No nuts are used in our projects, however, project materials may have been produced in a facility that also processes nuts. Please alert us to any food allergies when registering.
