Private Music Lessons
Start your morning off right, with a full-body workout…outdoors! You will learn how to strengthen major muscle groups using resistance bands and your own body weight. Stronger muscles help build bone density, increase metabolism, and create ease in daily performance. We will combine seated and standing exercises to improve muscle power and definition.
Suzanne Horgan is a nationally certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and groups achieve their fitness goals. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a Master’s degree from Boston University. In addition to her certification, Suzanne has specializations in Weight Management, Interval Training, Fall Prevention, Senior Fitness, and Functional Exercise
