Are you ready to jump into more plant based eating? In two culinary-based nutrition lessons, you will gain knowledge and confidence in preparing simple, delicious meals and snacks you can count on to deliver big health benefits. We will begin each class with a brief review of nutrition principles and then put it into practice with simple kitchen demonstrations. The cost of the class includes food sampling and a 2-week trial of a plant based meal planning platform (recipes and shopping lists are also included). Handouts for the class will be delivered electronically prior to the start of class.
