Grab a yoga mat, and weights and get ready for unconventional yoga flows and unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing! Note: Please bring a yoga mat, water, and an optional pair of 5-8 pound weights. 

Joelle Young

Instructor

Joelle Young is an experienced dance and fitness professional. She has been a dancer since the age of 3 -- trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, contemporary, and belly dance -- and currently teaches multiple age groups at local dance studies. She is a certified group fitness instructor (through the American Council on Exercise) and is passionate about sharing movement with her students in a fun, encouraging, and exciting way.
