Explore the lives and careers of Klee, Kandinsky and Mondrian, with a focus on how and why they moved from realism toward abstraction. One artist will be featured each evening. The program will be accompanied by slide presentations, and it will be interactive, with ample time for discussion. Following each presentation, you will have the opportunity to experiment with each artist’s technique using materials that will be supplied. Limited to 15.
Michele Marram (M.A., M.L.S) is a research librarian and art educator who leads interactive Artist Workshops for multiple ages. Through her presentations and hands-on workshops attendees explore both the historical context and style of the subject’s life and creative works.
