Private Music Lessons
This class will introduce students to the vibrant and extensive world of fiber arts. Spanning many different mediums, we will use age old techniques to create cute, squishy and fun friends to take home. Some projects we will make in this class are inspired by video games, cartoons and pop culture, and others will be products of the student's own creativity. This class will touch on as many fiber arts as there is time for, including but not limited to: hand sewing, felting, embroidery, crochet and other yarn crafts such as weaving, knitting, and the all time favorite: pom pom making. No experience necessary!
Chelsea Brown created the felt pumpkin sculptures featured on promotional materials for the current NCE Adult session. She is a self-taught wool artist and art instructor who studied textile design and drafting at MassArt. Her wool creations can be found in her Etsy store, Kekii Crafts: Etsy.com/shop/kekiicrafts.
