This class is designed to help middle school athletes develop strong fundamental basketball skills while building confidence and game readiness. Through high-energy drills and age-appropriate competitive games, players will strengthen essential abilities such as ball handling, passing under pressure, shooting form, and finishing at the rim. Coaches will also introduce and reinforce key concepts like offensive spacing, defensive positioning, on-ball and help-side defense, transition play, and court awareness. As players progress, they will be challenged to apply these skills in game-like situations, encouraging smarter decision-making, teamwork, and increased independence on the court. Our goal is to prepare every athlete for the next level of play with solid fundamentals, improved conditioning, and a deeper understanding of the game.
Our goal is to positively impact the lives of students using the power of sports. We know that each program we coach gives us the chance to impart the lessons we’ve learned, whether as athletes, students, or men and women, to the next generation. We take that opportunity very seriously. And while we appreciate technically skilled athletes, our program is designed to stretch far beyond the confines of athletics.
Above all, we value Sportsmanship, Integrity and Coachability in our students.
