Needham Community Education

Join us for an action-packed class where students will play a variety of exciting games, such as street hockey, soccer, football, dodgeball, basketball, wiffle ball, and more! In addition to learning the fundamentals of these sports, we’ll have lively discussions about current events in the sports world, learn about the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, and use sports-themed cards and prizes to reinforce what it means to be a team player. Participants should wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.

6 classes total

NCE begins immediately at the end of the school day. All students enrolled in an NCE class (including those in NEDP) will be dismissed from their classroom to the designated NCE waiting area, where they will be supervised by the NCE Onsite Coordinator until their NCE Class Instructor arrives. Students are welcome to have a nut-free snack during this time.

Pickup is promptly at 4:00pm. NEDP students will be escorted to NEDP at the end of their NCE class.
