Love to dance? Want to take your moves to the next level? Then get ready to ignite your passion at our Rockets Dance Workshop! This is your chance to train like a Needham High School dancer, learning directly from Varsity Dance Coach, Jessica Arruda, and members of the NHS Varsity Dance Team.
We'll kick things off with a dynamic warm-up, then dive into across-the-floor exercises to hone your technique. Each week, you'll build upon a challenging and exciting center combination, pushing your skills and artistry. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, this workshop offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels. Get ready to leap, turn, and discover what it's like to dance with the Needham Rockets!
Coach Jessica is NHS Varsity Dance Coach and a Needham Dance Theatre Instructor. Jessica has studied ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tap since she was a young child and is a graduate of Needham Dance Theatre. She has earned a B.A. at one of Boston area's most respected dance programs at Dean College. With a vivacious personality and excellent training, Jessica is a natural teacher. Her classes are a happy, encouraging place for students to learn and develop their dance skills.
