When the weather heats up, it’s time to chill the wines. Join us for a refreshing summer tasting featuring bright, zesty white wines from some of the world’s most coastal and sunshine-filled regions. We’ll explore crisp and aromatic styles like Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, and Assyrtiko, learning what makes these wines so perfect for warm evenings, seafood dinners, and patio sipping. Along the way, we’ll talk about acidity, minerality, and how climate shapes flavor—while tasting through a lineup of vibrant whites from Spain, France, Greece, and beyond. Whether you’re a longtime white wine lover or just looking for your next go-to summer bottle, this class will leave you with plenty of refreshing discoveries. Come curious, come thirsty, and get ready to find your new favorite summer white. There will be light, stationary appetizers to pair with the white wines provided by Baker's Best. Note: A $20 wine fee is payable in class. Limited to 30.
