Participants will come away with accurate information, tools for talking with children & adolescents about food and body as well as techniques for fostering healthy body image and reasonable eating patterns in today’s challenging culture.

Caryn I. Bello, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of body image concerns and eating disorders. She earned her doctorate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University. In addition to maintaining a full-time practice she is actively engaged in prevention efforts through teaching, presenting, and public speaking. She is a professional member of the Massachusetts Psychological Association and the Multi-Service Eating Disorder Association.
