Tasty Thanksgiving Dishes: Prepare and Enjoy at Third Space Kitchen

Arm yourself with some new recipes and the skills needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast that your guests will “gobble about” for weeks to follow. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to properly roast a turkey, make stuffing from scratch, and discover the art of the perfect cranberry sauce. You will also prepare scalloped potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts and skillet cornbread. At the end of class, we will enjoy our feast together. Leftovers will be packaged for you to bring home. Third Space Kitchen is offering this program to NCE at a promotional price that is 17% lower than the price offered to the general public. That’s one more thing to savor!

Instructor

Eric Brown, Founder of Third Space Kitchen, had a well established career in advertising and a successful marketing agency focused on the hospitality businesses. After selling one of his companies, he pursued his dream of attending culinary school at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in the Professional Chefs Program. Since then, Eric has founded and is involved in many companies that include food, restaurant marketing, book publishing, business coaching and consulting while also enjoying fitness, travel and the pursuit of life-long learning. At home, you’ll find him cooking satisfying requests for crêpes, cookies and ice cream.
