Have you been wanting to know how to crochet? In this program, you will learn everything you need to work on your first project, including the basic crochet stitches, tools, and how to read and understand a written pattern. If you already know the basics, build upon your skills. Advanced beginners will focus on reading a pattern, including graphs, as well as learning new stitches and how to make things fit. Yarns and hooks can be purchased from Creative Warehouse (students will be given a 10% discount off of yarn purchases), or a supply list can be provided by the instructor.
Elissa Lazdowsky has owned and operated the Creative Warehouse yarn and needlework shop since 1990. Her grandmother, who also owned a yarn shop, taught Elissa how to knit and crochet at the age of 6.
