Private Music Lessons
Eden Energy Medicine (EEM), founded by Donna Eden, is an integration of ancient healing traditions and contemporary scientific understanding of the human system. Join Elissa Lazdowsky, EEM-CP for a 90-minute class where you will learn the EEM Daily Energy Routine (DER). Done on a regular basis the DER will help balance your energy systems promoting a healthier sense of wellbeing.
Elissa Lazdowsky first saw Donna Eden work her Energy magic in 2018, in an online class. She was so inspired that, in 2019, she signed up for a fundamental class in Energy medicine, the Eden Method. She is now in her 4th year of studies and has a part time practice as an Eden Energy Clinical Practitioner.
