Private Music Lessons
Dim Sum is a popular style of Cantonese cuisines that include small dishes that highlight different flavor profiles and cooking techniques. In this online interactive program, we will make cha shu chicken pastry, braised chicken with mushrooms, and vegetables with ginger garlic sauce. This will be a delicious meal to enjoy with your family or friends following the class. An ingredient list can be found here.
Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand. She went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School while she was working as a financial analyst in Bangkok. She came to the USA to obtain a Master’s Degree in Sustainability at Harvard University and Master’s Degree in Education at Cambridge College. She started teaching cooking classes in 2014. She currently works for Commonwealth Kitchen as Director of Educational Programs. Having traveled to over 30 countries, Ploy has learned varieties of cuisine from around the world. She has shared the joy of cooking with over 3,000 students, teaching them to cook and bake Asian cuisines, vegan food, gluten free diets, pastries, and more.
