Derek is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. With a background in physical therapy, personal training, and sport performance, he brings a deep understanding of movement and training to clients of all fitness levels.
Derek is the Co-Director of Strength & Conditioning; Co-Director of Group Programming at Gray's Anatomy Academy.
Asmahan is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through NASM, and a Certified Function Strength Coach through MBSC. Asmahan is dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve performance, and develop lasting fitness habits. With a passion for movement and a results-driven mindset, she works with individuals of all levels—whether they’re competitive athletes or just beginning their fitness journey.
