Spend your Friday night having fun in the kitchen, learning how to make two classic French desserts: fruit tart & cream and crème brûlée. Does that have your mouth watering? Your creations will go home with you, so you can impress family and friends (if you choose to share). Limited to 12.

Instructor

Agnes Viana, a passionate pastry chef with 15 years of experience specializing in croissants, bread maker, and cake decoration and fine pastries. She works as a pastry sous chef and runs her own cake business, always striving to blend creativity with precision. For the past 3 years, Agnes has had the joy of teaching and mentoring aspiring bakers, sharing her love for the art of pastry. Every creation she makes reflects the dedication and enthusiasm for this craft.
