Life Management Workshop Series: Weekly Planning for Real Life

Adult Education / Be a Better You -
Adult Fall 2025

Life can feel like a lot — because it is. Between work, relationships, caregiving, and everything in between, most of us are

moving from task to task, stuck in reaction mode, always trying to catch up. The truth is, most of us were never taught

how to design a life that aligns our time, our energy, and the way we approach all that we have to manage.

This series is your invitation to step out of survival mode and build something better. Grounded in the power of micro

habits, these sessions focus on small, sustainable shifts that make a big difference. You’ll learn practical tools and

strategies designed to reduce overwhelm, clarify your priorities, and build soft structure — the kind that supports the way

you want to live.

Weekly Planning for Real Life

Learn a planning method that works with your life, not against it. This hands-on session guides you through building a

realistic weekly plan based on your time, energy, and priorities. You'll create a plan that reflects your actual life—one that

helps you do what matters and feel good doing it. Limited to 20.

At the height of her career, Aleisha worked 80-100 hour weeks, sacrificing her well-being for success until a severe health crisis and burnout forced her to stop everything. A decade-long healing journey led her to redefine her priorities and immerse herself in learning productivity, self-care, and systems development. Now, she empowers others to avoid burnout by implementing sustainable systems that align productivity with self-care. Through her unique approach, she shares practical tools and strategies for organizing life’s demands without sacrificing well-being.
