Korean Fried Chicken and Side Dishes

Korean fried chicken is addictively delicious. It is also super easy to make at home. In this online interactive class, we’ll learn how to make two styles of Korean fried chicken without deep-frying. We will make stir-fried Korean chicken served with steamed rice and baked chicken wings with an addictively delicious sauce. We will also make some delicious side dishes, including coleslaw and pickled vegetables. You will receive a list of suggested side dishes that you can grab from Asian grocery stores as well. An ingredient list can be found here. Limited to 20. 

Ploy Khunisorn

Instructor

Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand. She went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School while she was working as a financial analyst in Bangkok. She came to the USA to obtain a Master’s Degree in Sustainability at Harvard University and Master’s Degree in Education at Cambridge College. She started teaching cooking classes in 2014. She currently works for Commonwealth Kitchen as Director of Educational Programs. Having traveled to over 30 countries, Ploy has learned varieties of cuisine from around the world. She has shared the joy of cooking with over 3,000 students, teaching them to cook and bake Asian cuisines, vegan food, gluten free diets, pastries, and more.
