Ukulele for Beginners

In this fun class, for true beginners, you will learn all the basics you need to know to play the ukulele. Taught by an instructor from Rob’s Guitar School, topics covered will include how to hold the ukulele, tuning, strumming, learning easy common chords, learning how to read chord charts and tablature. Other topics will be covered as the class progresses. This class is designed to teach you all you need to know to be able to play any basic song you want. Each student must have their own ukulele. If a ukulele is needed, online links to an affordable ukulele will be provided. Limited to 4.

Liam Flinn

Instructor

Liam Flinn always had a deep love for music. He started playing the guitar at age 15 after being inspired by a friend and spending countless hours rocking out on guitar hero. He soon began practicing for hours a day to develop his skills and copy the likes of the Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Now after playing for more than 7 years Liam is playing in a local rock band named Village 11 and has started to share his passion through Rob’s Guitar School.
