Private Music Lessons
Learn the art of weaving a Nantucket bracelet and leave with a piece you can wear with pride. You will design and complete a 1/2" Nantucket bracelet selecting from various weave options that the instructor will teach you. You will also be able to choose your colors, and choose decorative end caps to make the bracelet uniquely yours. Note: A $25 materials fee is payable to the instructor in class. Limited to 15.
Joy Sawyer began weaving and teaching basket making 40 years ago! Everything from classic shaker styles to traditional Nantucket Lightship baskets. Joy is a lifelong resident of the South Shore and raised my two sons there. For 25 years, she had an Interior Design business and retired recently. Now Joy spends her time teaching basket making once again. Life has taken her full circle!
