  • Fly Fishing Fundamentals (In collaboration with the Needham Sportsman's Club)

    Fly fishing is a fun and rewarding method of fishing, and a relaxing way to enjoy the great outdoors! This program is for people who have little or no fly fishing experience. You will be introduced to the essential skills needed to get started in this sport, including: the fundamentals of fly fishing tackle, fly casting, knot tying, fishing techniques and fly selection. Upon completion of the program, you will be able to cast a fly and catch a fish. Bring your own equipment or borrow equipment provided by the Needham Sportsman’s Club. Participants must be aged 16 or older (or 12 and older accompanied by a parent). In the event of severe weather, the class will be rescheduled.
  • Outdoor Morning Yoga

    Get your Wednesday mornings off to a great start in this fluid yoga flow class–a gentle, breath-centered practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. Each session builds upon the last, allowing you to deepen your practice, enhance mind-body awareness, and cultivate a greater sense of balance. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, you’ll develop tools to manage stress, improve flexibility, and transition into each new week with clarity and ease. Perfect for all levels, this supportive practice welcomes beginners and experienced yogis alike, offering a space to unwind, reset, and restore. Note: Please bring a yoga mat and yoga blocks. Limited to 10.
