  • Mid-Week Yoga Stretch

    By mid-week, many of us are feeling the need to catch a little respite from the hustle and bustle of our lives. An hour of yoga will help us to unwind while improving our strength and our flexibility as well as calming our minds. This class is designed to safely support yoga students with a range of experience–from beginner to advanced. We will explore the benefits of a deliberate yoga practice through basic breathing, meditation and asana practice. Note: Please bring a yoga mat as well as blocks and strap if you have them.
