    Even if you have never swung a club, this clinic will provide you with the skills and confidence to play golf. The program will include instruction in the development of a full swing, plus short game fundamentals: putting, chipping and pitching. On the 3rd day, if the course is not in heavy use, participants will have the opportunity to play some holes. All equipment is provided. Program takes place, rain or shine.

  • Bicycle Skills and a Beautiful Group Ride

    Are you fairly new to cycling or want to to feel more confident or safe on the road? No matter your bike of choice (road bike, e-bike or hybrid), this class will teach you how to ride safely and with confidence, alone or on a group ride. We will begin with instruction on bike safety checks, accident avoidance techniques, handling and shifting, fixing a flat and protocols for group riding. After, there will be an optional, leader led leisurely, no drop, 18 mile ride on quiet roads, to practice group riding skills. Bring your bike, helmet and gear. Group discussion and some snacks will be provided following the ride.
  • Disc Golf Fundamentals

    Embark on an exciting journey into the world of disc golf with our two-session introductory class designed for beginners eager to discover the thrill of this dynamic sport. Whether you're a curious first-timer or someone looking to build a solid foundation, this course will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to enjoy the game. Bring the whole family (children must be 10+ years old)! Session 1: Disc Golf Basics and Techniques The first session kicks off with an exploration of the basic principles of disc golf. You will be introduced to the rules, equipment, and etiquette of the game. Get hands-on experience as you learn the fundamentals of proper grip, stance, and throwing techniques for both putting and driving. Session 2: We’ll apply the skills you gained in session one to a real course. Borderland State Park, on the Sharon-Easton line is one of the top courses in the area. It is a course with four different layouts and we will break into foursomes and play the shortest layout.
  • Outdoor Power Hour

    Start your morning off right, with a full-body workout…outdoors! You will learn how to strengthen major muscle groups using resistance bands and your own body weight. Stronger muscles help build bone density, increase metabolism, and create ease in daily performance. We will combine seated and standing exercises to improve muscle power and definition.
  • Pickleball 101

    Pickleball is quickly becoming a popular activity. The game is a lot of fun to play, very social and a life-long sport for all ages and skill levels. Even if you have never played another racquet sport, you can easily pick up this game. In this clinic, you will have the opportunity to learn from the pickleball coaches at the Kingsbury Club Medfield. Each 1.5 clinic will include instruction and the opportunity to practice your skills in a game setting. Loaner paddles and balls are included.
  • Pickleball Drills and Play

    Take your pickleball skills to the next level. The first 45 minutes of class will be spent drilling on specific shots and strokes. For the remainder of the time, you will participate in unorganized play, under the pro’s supervision.
  • Spring Road Biking

    Spend your Friday mornings experiencing beautiful bike routes throughout the region. This program is open to road bike and e-bike riders who appreciate the safety and companionship of like-minded souls. All routes will begin within a 30-minute drive of Needham. Each ride will be between 20-25 miles, maintaining an average pace of 12 mph over rolling terrain.

    Have you thought about doing a triathlon, but are intimidated by all those intense athletes? Are you looking for a new challenge and adventure, but just don’t know how to get started? You are probably wondering: What’s involved? How much time do I need? What gear is necessary? What does training look like? What happens on race day? In this course, Coach Adina will answer all of your questions and help you build a training plan so you are ready to complete your first triathlon with confidence. We will work toward participating in the Title 9Women’s Triathlon on Sept 8, 2024 at Hopkinton St Park. This small race is known for its fun atmosphere and safe course geared toward first time racers. Over two classroom sessions, you will gain practical information about gear, training, nutrition, and what happens in an actual race. You will learn what goes into a good training plan and get assistance creating your personal plan. An open water swim clinic will cover water safety, wetsuit usage and swimming in a group. We will meet for a group run and discussion on running for triathlon. This program will provide you with the knowledge and motivation you need to reach the finish line. Coach Adina will be there for race day support and to cheer you on! Limited to 10. Note: Register for the Title 9 Women’s Triathlon as soon as possible at https://www.maxperformanceonline.com/title9race. Participation is optional; the race fee is not included in the class fee.
